Most orders process quickly within 24-hours Monday – Friday. This may be delayed due to holidays or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Methods

Economy Shipping (Approximately 5-14 days)

  • Applies for Free Shipping on orders $80 or more or the $8.99 service charge (see below).
  • Some methods that fall under Economy do not have active tracking.
  • Freight charges, additional charges, hazardous fees, COD charge, pack & weigh charges, and expedited order shipping charges are separate and still apply.

Standard Shipping (Approximately 1-7 days)

  • There is an additional charge of $4.99 for this service.
  • orders will be shipped Standard unless an expedited service is chosen (see under order below).
  • Orders that meet the A$80 Free Shipping threshold will be charged the $4.99 even if the service charge is waived (see below).
  • Freight charges, additional charges, hazardous fees, COD charge, pack & weigh charges, and expedited order shipping charges are separate and still apply.

Service Charge

  • A flat rate of $8.99 is applied to offset the costs involved in handling, packing and shipping orders.
  • The service charge is waived on orders of $80 or more.
  • If you choose Standard over Economy, the $4.99 Standard Shipping fee applies without the service charge.
  • Freight charges, additional charges, hazardous fees, COD charge, pack & weigh charges, and expedited order shipping charges are separate and still apply.

Large or Bulk Purchases:

  • Large purchase quantities of certain items may result in additional shipping/freight charges.
  • You will be notified as soon as possible if additional shipping applies.
  • Your order will not ship until all charges are paid.

Freight Charges (FOB)

  • HONG KONG ANGLAI TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED  assesses a freight charge (FOB) on items that are overweight, over-sized, and/or difficult to ship.
  • Your FOB charges will be determined by the actual and dimensional weight of the item and your ship-to zip code.
  • If you purchase an item that is assessed a freight charge, your order total will reflect this additional charge.
